Autumn Roadshow Series Unveiled!

Following the tremendous success of our Spring series, we are thrilled to announce the launch of autumn Roadshows, with events taking place up and down the country! Our UK Roadshows provide a fantastic opportunity for osteopaths from across the profession to come together and share views, ideas and exchange best practices.

Speaking of the Roadshow series so far, Maurice Cheng, iO CEO said, “these events are hugely important to the iO team to really understand your experiences of practice and share your views with the team on how we can continue to support you and all osteopaths across the entire profession. This year is particularly significant. We want to know your aspirations for the future of our profession – your participation is vital to inform how we deliver on our strategy to grow our profession”.

WHY ATTEND?

  • High-quality content: Our previous roadshows received excellent ratings for both content and value for money. We continue to build on this success, ensuring each event is packed with relevant and insightful material.

  • Networking Opportunities: These events are open to all osteopaths, providing an excellent chance to network with peers and build professional connections.

  • Meet the iO Team: Engage with the leadership of the Institute of Osteopathy (iO). Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with Glynis Fox, President, Daniel Collis, Vice President, and Maurice Cheng, CEO. This is your chance to share your views and influence how we support and promote the osteopathic profession.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Interactive CPD workshops: Each roadshow will feature a full day of in-person workshops designed to meet Osteopathic Practice Standards (OPS) along with a workshop on one of the compulsory elements of CPD, either an objective activity or communications and consent.
  • Shaping the profession’s future: Participate in discussions about the future of osteopathy, exploring opportunities for growth and addressing current challenges. Your input will help shape the direction of the profession.
“These events are hugely important to the iO team to really understand your experiences of practice and share your views with the team on how we can continue to support you and all osteopaths across the entire profession.
This year is particularly significant. We want to know your aspirations for the future of our profession – your participation is vital to inform how we deliver on our strategy to grow our profession.”
