Osteopath talks health

The iO’s Head of Development Matthew Rogers, takes part in this year’s Talkhealth campaign, starting on 7 October

Following on from last year’s success, Talkhealth online health forum has again invited an osteopath to run a dedicated arthritis and pain management online clinic during October.

The Online Clinic on Arthritis & Pain Management enables patients and caregivers to ask questions about arthritis and pain management, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout and psoriatic arthritis. Matthew Rogers, practicing osteopath, and former Director of the charity Arthritis Action, will be manning the clinic for the week. He said of this initiative: “This is the third year that I have run such a clinic for Talkhealth and it is a great way to show the expertise osteopaths have with these conditions.

Talkhealth contacts over 1,500 libraries and 400 GP surgeries to advertise the clinic. This year’s clinic started on the 7th October and will run until 18th October.
