Here you will find visual information graphics of clinical guidelines and referral pathways, including recommendations from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), to aid you with key conditions relevant to your practice.  These resources can be downloaded and used by healthcare practitioners as a helpful summary, providing a quick reference guide for use in clinic and as a CPD resource.

We will be adding to this library of resources regularly, so please do check back often.
