This year, we have six candidates standing for election; from which one new council member will be elected by members at the iO Annual General Meeting. Diverse in experience and widespread in age, discover what motivates each of them and their aspirations for the iO, our members and the profession.
Each candidate has submitted their supporting statement for you to read, detailing their skills, motivations for joining our council and their aspirations for how they hope to contribute and drive forward the profession.

How to vote for your chosen candidate
Voting will be at the virtual AGM event, Friday 20th November. Register in advance for this meeting here.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the virtual AGM, you may assign someone to vote on your behalf at the event. If you do not know anyone that is attending the event you many nominate the iO’s Chief Executive, Maurice Cheng as a proxy to cast your chosen vote at the AGM
Full details of the AGM agenda, plus proxy forms for completion, should you not be able to attend, are available here.
In addition, full details will be sent to all members 30 days prior to the meeting.
Voting for members of council and other matters arising at the AGM is by full iO Members only.
