This course will explain why osteopathy has a key role to play in optimising sporting performance. This will be achieved through an understanding of biomechanics; anatomy and loading patterns and their application to the treatment approach. The course will demonstrate how principles applied to the elite athlete are equally applicable to the amateur sporting patient.
