Friday 14 October is AHPs' Day
Allied Health Professions (AHP) Day is a chance to celebrate the skills and achievements of all AHPs, including osteopaths.
As the third largest healthcare workforce, AHPs’ day is a great opportunity to showcase to others the impact osteopaths make on delivering high-quality healthcare.
AHPs Day is a social movement for all members of the AHP community including support workers, assistant practitioners, registered professionals, pre-registration apprentices and students, as well as anyone who wants to celebrate the hard work that AHPs carry out. It’s a chance to appreciate and connect the value of these professions across the world.
You can share your achievements via your social media platforms using photos and the hashtags #AHPsDay #AHPsDay2022 #strongertogether #alliedhealth.
Various events will be taking place up and down the country in NHS Trusts. If you would like further information on AHP Day you can contact: england.cahpo@nhs.net or visit the NHS England website.
